Cookies
For the Wondria website and the Wondria app. Last updated: 16 October 2026
The short version
- This website sets no cookies and does not track you.
- The Wondria app sets only the cookies that keep you and your child signed in. They are strictly necessary, so there is no cookie banner.
- There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies anywhere, and none on any page a child uses.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website can save on your device. Some are needed for a service to work, such as remembering that you are signed in. Others are used to measure visits or to show advertising, often by other companies. We use only the first kind.
The website
- No cookies of any kind.
- No similar technologies, such as local storage, tracking pixels or device fingerprinting.
- Nothing loaded from other companies. Our fonts and images come from our own website, so other companies cannot see your visit.
Our hosting provider does keep short technical logs of each visit. Those are explained in our privacy notice.
The Wondria app
When you sign in to the app, it sets these cookies. Each holds a random code and nothing else: no name, email or message. They are sent only to Wondria and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
w_parent | Keeps a parent signed in to the parent area | 12 hours, or until you sign out |
w_child | Keeps a child signed in to Spark | 12 hours, or until they sign out |
w_device | Remembers that a parent has set up this device for the family, so children can choose their name and sign in | 1 year, or until the family account is deleted |
These cookies are strictly necessary for the app to work, so the law does not require us to ask before setting them. If you block them in your browser, you will not be able to sign in. The app uses no other cookies and no local storage.
We will update this page, and ask for your permission where the law requires it, before using any other cookie.
